Jason Blank EAGLE–– Jason Blank of Troop No. 787 in Thousand Oaks has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouts. For his project, Jason poured a cement walkway, laid pavers and nstalled 11 benches to create a parklike reading garden at Lang Ranch Elementary School. Jason has been selected to march in the Jan. 1 Tournament of Roses Parade to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Boy Scouts. He’s the son of Gregg and Jackie Blank and is a sophomore at Westlake High School.
