The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 27, at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 29 in the 400 block of Havenside Avenue; and a female, 29, at 7:58 p.m. Nov. 26 at Reino Road and Kimber Drive (subject was involved in a traffic accident; she tried to flee the scene after a passenger complained of pain from the collision, and then she had to be physically restrained before getting cuffed).

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 39, at 9:50 a.m. Nov. 27 at Wendy Drive and the 101 Freeway; a male, 44, at 3:40 p.m. Nov. 30 at Alessandro and Ramona drives; a male, 27, at 1:58 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject also gave false information to police); and a male, 34, at 2:20 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject possessed marijuana, failed to register as a sex offender and resisted arrest).

A female, 25, battered her boyfriend around 10:20 p.m. Nov. 30 in the first block of N. Los Vientos Drive.

A thief stole items from someone’s purse and then stole that person’s vehicle on Nov. 26 in the 2200 block of Michael Drive.

A female, 44, was arrested for shoplifting from Home Depot at 2745 Teller Road at 6:10 p.m. Dec. 3.

For committing felony vandalism on Dec. 1 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios, a female, 21, was arrested in Oxnard.

A home burglary occurred on Nov. 25 in the 3200 block of Bear Creek Drive.

A home was burglarized between Nov. 18 and 20 in the 800 block of Green Valley Drive.

A business was burglarized Nov. 28 or 29 in the 1700 block of Newbury Road.

Property valued at $1,000 was vandalized Nov. 28 or 29 at Mayfield Street and Mayfield Court.

Graffiti vandalism defaced property on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 100 block of Borchard Road.

A vandal tagged a community restroom with graffiti on Nov. 27 in the 100 block of N. Reino Road.

Graffiti was discovered Nov. 29 on a storm drain west of Reino Road near Mayfield Street. Graffiti was also found Nov. 29 in the 100 block of Reino Road.

A $500 laptop computer was stolen between Nov. 27 and 30 in the 3500 block of Old Conejo Road.

A locked bicycle was stolen on Dec. 1 or 2 in the 2700 block of W. Teller Road.

A bicycle valued at more than $400 was stolen on Nov. 28 in the 3700 block of San Vicente Court.

Scrap metal was stolen on Nov. 28 in the 25800 block of Azurite Circle.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Dec. 2 or 3 at Camphor Avenue and Camphor Circle (vehicle was also vandalized); Dec. 1 or 2 in the 1200 block of Combs Road (unlocked); between 6:45 and 9:30 p.m. Nov. 27 in the 400 block of N. Reino Road (unlocked); Nov. 27 or 28 in the 3800 block of San Nicolas Court.

A male, 36, was arrested for soliciting without a permit at 8:35 p.m. Nov. 25 in the 600 block of Camino de la Luz.

Thousand Oaks

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 52, at 1:50 a.m. Nov. 30 at Hillcrest Drive and Marin Road; a male, 26, at 1:46 a.m. Dec. 3 at Hillcrest Drive and Moorpark Road; a male, 41, at 1:38 a.m. Nov. 28 at Lynn Road and Hillcrest Drive; a male, 34, at 2:50 a.m. Nov. 28 at Janss and El Monte roads; a male, 30, at 4:54 p.m. Nov. 28 at Westlake Boulevard and Valley Spring Drive (subject rear-ended another car stopped at a red light); a male, 28, at 3 a.m. Nov. 29 at Potrero Road and Pixton Street; a female, 36, at 2:15 a.m. Nov. 26 at Lynn Road and Calle Laredo; and a male, 22, at 11 p.m. Nov. 24 at Plaza Way and Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a female, 40, at 5:10 a.m. Nov. 26 in the 200 block of N. Verde Vista Drive; and a male, 41, at 11:56 a.m. Nov. 25 in the 1300 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

During a fight, a male, 30, broke a window, and the shards of glass cut the other person on the wrist. The subject was charged with inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and arrested at 2:50 a.m. Nov. 28 in the 2700 block of Conejo Canyon Court.

A male, 24, was arrested for battery at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 30 in the 1100 block of Roxbury Place.

A male, 31, hit his wife on the side of the head around 10:30 a.m. Nov. 26 in the 2600 block of Calle Hermosa.

A female, 25, was cited for domestic battery at 11:10 a.m. Nov. 26 in the 2600 block of Calle Hermosa.

A male, 23, attempted to steal two watches from a jewelry store around 5:40 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 2200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 21, ran away from police and struggled before being arrested at 4:19 p.m. Dec. 1 at Moorpark Road and Mayflower Street. While fleeing, the subject threw away two full beer cans; his probation prohibits him from possessing alcohol.

For committing a vehicle burglary in the 100 block of Triangle Street on Jan. 20, 2008, a male, 19, was arrested on Nov. 30 in Ventura. DNA evidence recovered at the scene linked the subject to the crime.

A male, 44, was arrested for burglary and petty theft with priors from Gelson’s at 2734 Townsgate Road at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 28.

For refusing to leave a home where a party had taken place and disobeying police orders, a male, 19, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. Nov. 28 in the 5500 block of Spring Hill Court.

A female, 45, was arrested for shoplifting from Rite Aid at 3825 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 28.

A home was burglarized on Nov. 30 in the 1600 block of Wellington Place.

Property was stolen from a home between Nov. 23 and 30 in the 2400 block of Pleasant Way.

A wallet was stolen at Los Robles Hospital on Nov. 20.

A business was burglarized on Dec. 2 or 3 in the 2300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A grand theft occurred between Nov. 27 and 30 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Property was stolen from a home on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 2300 block of Sunny Point Street.

Graffiti defaced a men’s restroom at Janss Marketplace on Dec. 2.

Graffiti was discovered Nov. 27 in the 200 block of W. Avenida de Las Flores.

A locked scooter was stolen between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 200 block of Oak Leaf Drive.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 2000 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard; between 3:15 and 4 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 2400 block of Willow Lane; Dec. 1 or 2 in the 2400 block of Rutland Place (window shattered, purse stolen); between 11:20 and 11:45 a.m. Dec. 2 in the 3700 block of Sunset Knolls Drive; Dec. 1 or 2 in the 2300 block of Stafford Road (unlocked); between 10 and 11 a.m. Dec. 2 along Avenida de Las Flores; Nov. 29 or 30 in the 2200 block of Los Feliz Drive (window broken, stereo stolen); Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 2100 block of Ladycliff Circle; Nov. 29 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (unlocked); and Nov. 28 in the 3200 block of Calle Quebracho.

Park property was damaged ($600) on Nov. 20 or 21 in the 1600 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

Property valued at $800 was vandalized between Nov. 20 and 27 in the first block of Duesenberg Drive.

A bicycle was stolen between Nov. 16 and 21 in the 600 block of Calle Clavel.

Property was vandalized between Nov. 24 and 27 in the 3600 block of Calle Quebracho.

A male, 22, was arrested for unlawful camping at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 26 at Hampshire Road and Foothill Drive.

A male, 64, was cited for selling food from a truck without a health permit at 11:10 a.m. Dec. 2 in the 3000 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 26, was cited for selling magazines without a permit at 9:05 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 1600 block of Camino Olmo.

A male, 25, was arrested for being drunk in public at 3:35 a.m. Nov. 25 in the first block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 53, was cited for drinking alcohol in public at 8:25 a.m. Dec. 3 in the first block of S. Rancho Road.

The following subjects were cited for possessing small amounts of marijuana: A female, 22, at 2 p.m. Nov. 25 in the 700 block of Calle Cardo; a male, 28, at 3:45 a.m. Dec. 3 at Pederson Road and Northwood Parkway; a female, 19, at 9:45 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 100 block of Memorial Parkway.
