Gifts will be wrapped for charity

Donations will help victims of leukemia

Volunteers from the Ventura County Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training will offer holiday gift wrapping in exchange for a optional charitable donation.

Gift-wrapping booths will be open daily through Thurs., Dec. 24 at the food court at Simi Valley Town Center and on the upper level by Sears in the Pacific View Mall, Ventura.

Shoppers can drop off their gifts for wrapping while they shop, eat or wait. Gift wrapping is provided as a volunteer service. Donations are welcome, and all proceeds will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through Team In Training to fund cancer research and provide services for patients and their families.
