As part of the city of Thousand Oaks’ efforts to address economic challenges, all city offices will be furloughed from Mon., Dec. 28 through Fri., Jan. 1. All public safety and fire services will continue to operate at full staffing. The following essential city services will operate with limited staffing: wastewater collection and treatment, water service and Kavli Theatre for “White Christmas” performances from Dec. 26 to 29.

The Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library will be open from noon to 5 p.m. from Mon. to Thurs., Dec. 28 to 31. The Newbury Park Branch Library will be closed during that period.
