SCOUTS LOVE CAMPING—Boy Scout Troop 775 stops at Crater Lake National Park on the way home from summer camp in Oregon. The troop meets at the United Methodist Church of Westlake Village on Monday evenings.

HOLIDAY AT SEA—The Schlechts of Thousand Oaks and Ashland, Ore., enjoy Christmas on a Carnival line cruise to Mexico.
BIBLE BUILDERS—The high school youth group from the Conejo Valley Church of Christ stands before the house it constructed for the Salazar family on a mission trip to San Felipe, Mexico. The teens attend high schools in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks and other cities.
