The Agoura/Oak Park/Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce will present the Penland award for outstanding community service at the Chamber holiday reception from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thurs., Dec. 17 at Reeds Furniture in Agoura Hills.

The Penland award was named for Walt and Dot Penland, who contributed their services to the Agoura Hills community.
