Jesse Hecht REACHES THE TOP–– Jesse Hecht of Troop No. 722 has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouts. His project encourages bike riding and environmentalism at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Jesse installed two large bike racks, a park bench with an inscription and a plaque about bicycle safety. Jesse is the son of Sandy and Joe Hecht, and he’s a senior at Westlake High School.
