A 21-year-old male was arrested for committing a gang-related assault with a deadly weapon at 4 p.m. Nov. 3 at Rancho Conejo Boulevard and Hillcrest Drive.
The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 31, at 1:16 a.m. Nov. 5 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road; a female, 48, at 10:50 p.m. Nov. 3 at Dunaway and Reino roads; a male, 21, at 5:50 p.m. Oct. 30 at Avenida Del Platino and Calle Turquesa.
A home was burglarized on Oct. 30 or 31 in the 800 block of La Grange Avenue.
A female, 66, was cited for shoplifting at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 5 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.
A 72-year-old female was charged with shoplifting at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 31 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.
A thief bought merchandise with a credit card obtained using false information on two occasions between Sept. 15 and Nov. 2 at Kohl’s at 1960 Newbury Road.
Property was stolen and vandalized on Oct. 28 or 29 in the 1000 block of Broadbeck Street.
Graffiti defaced property on Oct. 31 or Nov. 1 in the 900 block of Winfield Street.
Graffiti was spray painted on a basketball court and block walls at Hickory Park on Oct. 31 or Nov. 1.
A grand theft occurred on July 6 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. The crime was recently reported.
A vehicle break-in occurred between 4 and 4:12 p.m. Nov. 3 in the 2700 block of Teller Road, and again also between Oct. 25 and 29 in the 500 block of Avenida de la Plata.
A male, 46, was arrested for public intoxication at 5:35 p.m. Nov. 1 at Newbury Gateway Park.
A male, 42, was cited for drinking beer in public at 5:25 p.m. Oct. 31 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.
The following subjects were cited for possessing small amounts of marijuana: a male, 23, at 1:25 a.m. Nov. 5 in the 2900 block of Carmen Court; a male, 18, at 1 a.m. Oct. 31 at Jenny and Gerald drives.
Thousand Oaks
A felon shot a squirrel to death with a firearm between 9 and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 30 in the 1300 block of Hendrix Avenue.
The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 52, at 11:38 a.m. Oct. 28 along Los Feliz Drive, north of Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a female, 51, at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 29 at Olsen Road, west of Sunset Hills Boulevard.
For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 30, at 1:42 p.m. Nov. 4 in the 1300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 50, at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 4 in the 3800 block of San Felipe Avenue; a male, 39, at 4:55 p.m. Oct. 31 at The Oaks mall (subject possessed various drugs without prescriptions and was also charged with reckless driving); a male, 18, at 5:20 a.m. Oct. 31 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road.
A 31-year-old male hit his 17year-old girlfriend on the mouth and was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Nov. 3 in the 100 block of N. Skyline Drive.
A male, 36, battered his exgirlfriend around 12:30 p.m. Oct. 25 in the 1700 block of N. Moorpark Road, and he was arrested on Nov. 4.
A female, 26, battered and injured her boyfriend around 12:30 p.m. Nov. 1 in the 2700 block of Regina Avenue.
A male, 37, battered and injured his wife, and was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Oct. 31 in the 1400 block of White Feather Court.
A 52-year-old female was cited for battering her daughter at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 1 in the 500 block of Gainsborough Road.
A male, 31, sexually battered a woman and was arrested at 9:15 a.m. Nov. 4 in the 200 block of Erbes Road.
A 28-year-old female was cited for child endangerment when she left her infant child home alone at 9:10 a.m. Nov. 4 in the 200 block of Erbes Road.
Thousand Oaks High School was vandalized with graffiti on Nov. 2 or 3.
A male, 21, was arrested for possession of narcotics at 5:55 p.m. Oct. 30 in the first block of Conejo Boulevard.
For possessing a controlled substance and medication without a prescription, a female, 19, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. Nov. 2 in the 1200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A male, 20, was arrested for receiving stolen property at 4 p.m. Nov. 5 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive. A male, 19, was arrested for a similar crime at 11:25 a.m. Nov. 5 at The Promenade at Westlake.
A male, 24, was cited at 10:35 a.m. Nov. 3 at the East County Sheriff’s Station for endangering a child and making threatening and annoying phone calls.
A female, 30, was arrested for stealing a $1,000 laptop computer at 5:10 p.m. Nov. 3 in the 1400 block of E. Janss Road.
A male, 21, was arrested for grand theft at 7 p.m. Nov. 2 at the East County Sheriff’s Station.
For shoplifting and lying to police about his identity, a male, 26, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 3 at Rite Aid at 205 N. Moorpark Road.
A male, 40, was cited for selling ice cream from a pushcart without a permit at 2:26 p.m. Nov. 5 at Calle Pensamiento and Calle Margarita.
A female, 20, was arrested for obstructing justice at 4:20 p.m. Oct. 30 in the first block of Conejo Road.
A male, 28, was cited for possessing drugs without a prescription at 3:25 a.m. Oct. 31 in the first block of Conejo Boulevard.
A female, 66, committed grand theft on Sept. 24 in the 2600 block of Castillo Circle, and she was arrested on Nov. 3.
A male, 20, was arrested for selling magazines without a permit at 3:15 p.m. Oct. 30 at Fox Hills and Los Padres drives.
A 20-year-old male was cited for possessing alcohol as a minor at 1:05 a.m. Nov. 1 in the 400 block of N. Moorpark Road.
A vehicle break-in occurred on Oct. 29 or 30 at San Carlos Drive and Amador Lane, and on Oct. 30 in the 800 block of Hampshire Road.
A vandal caused $2,000 in damage to a vehicle between Oct. 23 and 30 in the 800 block of Fernhill Court.
Property was stolen from a vehicle at Rusnak Westlake BMW at 3645 Auto Mall Drive between Aug. 11 and 13. The crime was reported recently.
Two vehicles had $1,000 in damage each on Oct. 24 in the 1200 block of Uppingham Drive. Another vehicle was vandalized on Oct. 24 in the 1800 block of Uppingham Drive.
A $200 window was broken with an unknown object around 2:30 a.m. Nov. 6 in the 1500 block of Eucalyptus Circle.
About $1,000 in fuel was siphoned between Oct. 1 and Nov. 3 in the 1400 block of Windsor Drive.
Fuel was siphoned from a vehicle on Nov. 5 in the 1400 block of Windsor Place.
A $275 car window was broken around 4 a.m. Oct. 31 in the 2900 block of Los Robles Road.
Two tires were stolen on Oct. 31 in the 700 block of Spalding Street.
A Halloween decoration was stolen from a front yard on Oct. 31 or Nov. 1 in the 700 block of Azalea Street.
A petty theft occurred between 1:10 and 1:25 p.m. Nov. 4 in the 3200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A purse was stolen in the parking lot of CVS Pharmacy on Avenida de Los Arboles between 9:30 and 9:35 p.m. Oct. 30.
Property was stolen from Tire Goods at 3209 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard around 11:30 a.m. Nov. 4.
A grand theft occurred between April 3 and 5 in the 900 block of Calle Plantador. The crime was recently reported.
Burglars stole property within a storage unit and then secured the unit with a different lock between Aug. 1 and Oct. 31 in the 2800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A home was burglarized between Sept. 15 and Nov. 4 in the 2700 block of Cedar Wood Place. A similar crime occurred between Oct. 24 and 29 in the 3500 block of N. Moorpark Road.
Property was stolen from a locked locker between Oct. 30 and Nov. 4 in the 2400 block of Townsgate Road.
A petty theft occurred between 11:15 and 11:45 a.m. Oct. 26 in the 3600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
Credit card fraud was reported Nov. 1 in the 1700 block of Marian Avenue.
The following subjects were arrested for being drunk in public: a female, 40, at 10:04 p.m. Nov. 5 at Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive (the subject was charged with the same crime at 7:20 p.m. Oct. 31 at Borchard Road and Michael Drive in Newbury Park); a male, 53, at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 2 in the first block of S. Rancho Road.
