Bridges Charter School is loaded with an agenda
“Progressive education”. . . “steeped in lefty politics”. . . “lessons in radical politics.” They use these words like they’re a good thing in a taxpayer- supported public school!

Charter school would be an asset
I think most people would agree that the California school system is broken. This year alone we’ve undergone massive budget cuts, school closures and teacher layoffs. Our children are not getting the education they need. This is a disaster for our children’s future and for the future of our society.

I once asked my father the difference between Democrats and Republicans. He answered, “There’s no difference, they’re both Americans, but Democrats seem to vote with their heart where Republicans vote with their heads. The heart can lead you down a path your head wouldn’t travel.”

Always knew the Acorn rates high as a news source
I’d like to congratulate the Thousand Oaks Acorn for the recent results in the citywide poll. I’m not surprised at all by the findings, but it’s always nice to actually see some accurate numbers to substantiate what I’ve known for some time now.
