All ages are invited to the second annual Spooktacular Halloween Party from 1 to 3 p.m. Sat., Oct. 31 at Treat Sweets in Paraíso at Dos Vientos Ranch, 360 Via Las Brisas, Ste. 160, Newbury Park.

The event will have free crafts, face painting and a costume contest at 2:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for most creative, funniest, best group, and other categories.
