Old New York Deli & Bakery Co. presents the inaugural Schools Knead the Dough program to help raise funds for schools in Conejo Valley.

When a customer purchases a $100 Deli Dough Gift Card from the bakery through Nov. 30, the store will donate $20 to a school the customer chooses.

The top-selling school will have its donations doubled to $40, or 40 percent, per card purchased. The bakery will also award double the donation to the school with the highest percentage of participation based on sales versus enrollment.

Proceeds will be sent to the schools in December.

An awards ceremony will take place in the bakery in December to honor the winning schools.

A leader board will be posted in the bakery.
