I’m writing to let you know that Joe Gibson is a very nice person, and I firmly believe that he didn’t do anything wrong on purpose, and I know it was a mistake.

But I’m also going to let you know that Linda Parks is a very devious person.

She doesn’t want anyone running against her, and she likes power and doesn’t feel like anyone else is honest, no matter whether they run for the City Council or county supervisor. She accuses people of doing things erroneously and on purpose.

She forced me to give my resignation to get off the board of Many Mansions two or three years ago because I told the truth about something she was doing that shouldn’t have been done. People don’t realize how bad she can be. (Most of) our City Council doesn’t like her, either. I just wanted you to know the truth from my perspective. Mary Harris Thousand Oaks
