A male, 20, was arrested for his alleged involvement in a hit-and-run injury traffic accident at 12:10 a.m. Oct. 5 in the 800 block of San Simeon Drive.
A male, 24, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 3 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 400 block of Knollwood Drive.
A male, 18, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. Oct. 7 in the 300 block of Hillrose Drive and charged with stealing jewelry four times from Target on Teller Road.
Shoplifting occurred at Target between 1:21 and 1:27 p.m. Oct. 3.
A male, 26, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. Oct. 7 at Avenida de La Plata and Hillcrest Drive and charged with providing false information to avoid arrest.
A male, 20, was cited for selling alcohol to a minor at 6:55 p.m. Oct. 2 in the 2100 block of Newbury Road.
A male, 22, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Oct. 3 in the 600 block of Calle Turquesa and charged with lying to police about his identity and drinking beer in public.
Grand theft occurred on Oct. 5 or 6 in the 200 block of Redfield Avenue.
A petty theft occurred on Sept. 23 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road.
A male, 25, was arrested and charged with being drunk in public at 7:30 a.m. Oct. 4 in the 200 block of Devia Drive.
Thousand Oaks
Somebody attempted an assault with a deadly weapon between 12:45 and 12:50 p.m. Oct. 1 at the Park Oaks shopping center.
A male, 27, was arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale, and sales, transportation or distribution of marijuana at 6:20 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 2600 block of Briarwood Place.
Two females, 40 and 31, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale at 6:40 p.m. Sept. 30 at the 23 Freeway and Avenida de Los Arboles.
The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 52, at 11:07 p.m. Oct. 2 on Thousand Oaks Boulevard, west of Skyline Drive; a female, 38, at 9:20 a.m. Oct. 6 in the 600 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles (subject was allegedly involved in a noninjury traffic accident); a male, 27, at 3:10 a.m. Oct. 3 at Boardwalk Avenue and E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 20, at 1:15 a.m. Oct. 4 at Hodencamp Road and Hillcrest Drive (subject was allegedly involved in a singlevehicle collision); and a male, 24, at 12:15 a.m. Oct. 5 in the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.
On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 22, at 1:35 a.m. Oct. 7 at Rancho Road and the 101 Freeway (subject allegedly possessed a drug without a prescription); a female, 39, at 3:40 p.m. Oct. 7 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive (subject allegedly possessed a controlled substance); a female, 51, at 6:06 p.m. Oct. 6 in the first block of Maegan Place.
A male, 24, was arrested and charged with possession of more than 230 pills (prescription medicines) for sale at 3:35 p.m. Oct. 1 at Yorkshire Avenue and E. Gainsborough Road.
A male, 48, allegedly battered his wife around 8 p.m. Oct. 1 in the 2900 block of Camino Graciosa.
A female, 38, allegedly argued with her husband over financial issues, and scratched and injured his arm during the dispute. The female subject was arrested at 3:34 a.m. Oct. 6 in the 3200 block of Felton Street.
For allegedly committing battery, a male, 65, was cited at 11:50 a.m. Oct. 3 in the 4100 block of Erbes Road.
A female, 31, was cited for allegedly committing battery at 8:39 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 200 block of Houston Drive.
A male, 50, was arrested in West Hills on Oct. 2 and charged with grand theft on Aug. 14 in the 1300 block of E. Hillcrest Drive,.
A male, 19, was arrested and charged with four counts of commercial burglary and one count of conspiracy at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 700 block of Calle Jazmin.
A female, 24, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. Oct. 6 on suspicion of attempting to steal three pairs of pants in a backpack from Old Navy at Janss Marketplace and lying to police about her identity,.
A female, 30, was cited for petty theft at 10 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 900 block of Calle Margarita.
A female, 36, was cited for making annoying telephone calls at 9 p.m. Oct. 5 in the 1600 block of Tiburon Court.
For selling alcohol to a minor, a male, 21, was cited at 6:40 p.m. Oct. 2 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road.
Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: On Sept. 13 in the 3300 block of Country Home Court (unlocked); on Sept. 30 in the 1300 block of Avenida de Las Flores; and on Oct. 2 or 3 in the 3000 block of Darlington Drive (unlocked).
For allegedly being involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident, a male, 67, was cited around 2 p.m. Sept. 3 at Janss Marketplace.
Grand thefts occurred on the following dates and places: Between 4:32 and 4:56 a.m. Sept. 15 in the 300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard ($4,130 in total damage); between April 24 and June 1 in the 3300 block of Allegheny Court (recently reported); on Oct. 3 or 4 in the 2100 block of Hillsbury Road; and on Sept. 13 or 14 in the 3100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard (business also vandalized).
A petty theft occurred between 11:30 a.m. and noon Sept. 30 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road. A similar crime occurred on Sept. 18 in the 600 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
Property valued at $60 was damaged on Oct. 1 or 2 in the 3200 block of Big Sky Drive.
A trespass was attempted around 2 a.m. Oct. 4 in the 400 block of Wilbur Court.
A vandal caused more than $400 in property damage around 11 p.m. Oct. 5 in the 600 block of Old Farm Road.
Somebody made offensive and lewd phone calls between Sept .26 and Oct. 3 in the 500 block of Encino Vista Drive.
A video game was stolen between Oct. 1 and 4 in the first block of Marimar Street.
A vandal threw a rock through a window ($200 loss) at Glenwood Elementary School on Sept. 6 or 7.
Eggs were thrown at a vehicle on Sept. 6 or 7 in the first block of Greenmeadow Avenue.
The following subjects were arrested and charged with being drunk in public: A female, 48, at 6 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 1100 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and a male, 24, at 12:25 a.m. Oct. 7 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.
Two females, 20 and 19, were cited with loud noise violations at 9 p.m. Oct. 6 in the 1200 block of Hendrix Avenue.
For possessing a small amount of marijuana, a male, 18, was cited at 5:13 p.m. Oct. 5 in the 2300 block of Laurelwood Drive. A male, 37, was cited similarly at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 2 at the transit center at Rancho Road and the 101 Freeway.
The following subjects were cited for drinking alcohol in public: A male, 38, at 8:02 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 1100 block of Hendrix Avenue; and a male, 48, at 5:15 p.m. Oct. 3 in the 100 block of S. Oakview Street (subject lied to police about his identity and was arrested).
