Society at fault when kids kill kids
When kids didn’t kill each other, it was a time when sports were more about sportsmanship than winning.
In school, students pledged allegiance to our country, united by pride and patriotism, not designated by God.
Babies aren’t born as humane humans. It takes concerted effort of parents, teachers, coaches and communities and/or religions of choice and YMCAs, Scouts, etc., to teach justice for all humans, not just those of certain persuasions no matter if poor, black, yellow, slow, crippled, gay, large or small.
It does take a village to wipe out hatred and instill all our kids with compassion.
We’re all to blame. Elinor Gustafson Thousand Oaks
