The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 55, at 4 a.m. Sept. 29 in the 4400 block of Paseo de la Paz (subject allegedly fled scene of single-vehicle accident); and a male, 40, at 9 p.m. Sept. 24 at Avenida Del Platino and Calle Diamonte.
A male, 31, was arrested on charges of burglary, identity theft and forgery at 2 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.
Two burglars broke into a home and stole property between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 1400 block of Topa View Trail.
For allegedly leaving his 5year-old son home alone in the 2900 block of Theresa Drive, a male, 53, was cited at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 21 at East County Sheriff’s Station.
A computer was stolen between 4:15 and 4:35 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 1300 block of Rancho Conejo Boulevard.
Grand theft occurred between Aug. 25 and Sept. 25 in the 3400 block of Old Conejo Road.
A petty theft took place between Sept. 18 and 25 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.
Graffiti caused damage at Conejo Valley High School on Sept. 22 or 23.
Gang graffiti was discovered on Sept. 28 in the 2900 block of Michael Drive. Gang graffiti also caused property damage on Sept. 25 or 26 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
A female, 54, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substances and public drunkenness at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 27 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
Money was stolen between 7 and 10 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1600 block of Calle Zafiro.
For hosting a loud party, a female, 42, was cited at 3:10 a.m. Sept. 27 in the first block of N. Via Los Altos.
Thousand Oaks
A male, 23, was arrested for allegedly battering and injuring a police officer at 2:25 a.m. Sept. 26 in a driveway near Sunset Terrace at Janss Marketplace. The subject was also charged with public intoxication.
Someone entered Carl’s Jr. on N. Moorpark Road and handed a note demanding money to a cashier. The robber left without getting money at 1:28 p.m. Sept. 29.
The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 41, at 8:45 p.m. Sept. 26 at Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive (subject was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed marijuana); a male, 24, at 8:14 p.m. Sept. 26 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road; a female, 72, at 3:17 p.m. Sept. 28 at Hillcrest and Blue Mesa streets (subject was allegedly involved in a collision); a male, 21, at 3:49 a.m. Sept. 27 in the 300 block of W. Columbia Road.
On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A female, 18, at 3:53 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 200 block of E. Wilbur Road; a male, 31, at 12:30 a.m. Sept. 26 in the 500 block of Martinique Place; and a male, 41, at 3:10 a.m. Sept. 26 in the 3100 block of Foothill Drive.
A male, 37, was recently arrested and charged with arson and obstructing justice at Paige Lane underneath the 23 Freeway.
For allegedly committing battery, a female, 25, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 500 block of Benson Way.
A male, 63, was cited for alleged battery at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. A female, 43, was cited with the same crime at the same place.
For allegedly battering her husband, a female, 25, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 300 block of E. Gainsborough Road.
A female, 35, allegedly threw a picture frame and injured someone around 1 a.m. Sept. 26 in the 2800 block of Shelter Wood Court.
A male, 21, was arrested on charges of burglary and identity theft at 10:25 a.m. Oct. 1 in the 100 block of E. Wilbur Road.
For allegedly committing petty theft, a female, 20, was cited at 7 p.m. Oct. 1 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
A male, 30, was arrested and charged with grand theft, intimidating business operators or customers and dissuading someone from reporting a crime at 11:50 a.m. Sept. 22 in the 1300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A female, 21, was cited for alleged petty theft at 9:05 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
A male, 28, was arrested and charged with attempted robbery at 8:06 a.m. Sept. 30 on Camino Manzanas, west of Lynn Road.
For allegedly possessing a dangerous weapon (a springloaded knife) a male, 19, was cited at 6:55 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 900 block of Calle Pensamiento.
A male, 49, was arrested at 11 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road and charged with discharging a firearm in public.
A male, 26, was arrested on a charge of attempted burglary at 4:40 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 1700 block of N. Moorpark Road.
A female, 24, was cited for allegedly possessing medication without a prescription at 9:10 a.m. Sept. 25 at Nettlebrook and Tamarack streets.
A male, 22, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. Sept. 26 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road and charged with obstructing justice. A male, 23, was arrested on the same charge at 2:15 a.m. at the same location.
A female, 32, was cited for allegedly shoplifting at 3:32 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 200 block of Hillcrest Drive.
Three business suites were burglarized on Sept. 30 or Oct. 1 in the 3200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
A thief made purchases using a fraudulent account between 3 and 4 p.m. Sept. 30 at Macy’s.
A business was burglarized on Sept. 24 or 25 in the 900 block of Hampshire Road.
Property was stolen from a home between Sept. 4 and 23 in the 1800 block of Gammon Court.
An iPhone was stolen from the AT&T store on N. Moorpark Road between 6 and 6:30 p.m. Sept. 23.
Graffiti caused property damage at Wild Side Smoke Shop on E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard between Sept. 23 and 28.
Several incidents of gang graffiti occurred on Sept. 23 and 24 in the 300 block of S. Erbes Road. Graffiti was also discovered at another location on Erbes Road, south of Pederson Road.
Gang graffiti defaced a brick wall in the 700 block of Glen Oaks Drive. The spray paint read: “EST TO” (for Eastside Thousand Oaks) and “Rowdy.”
A vandal caused $500 in damage to property on Sept. 24 or 25 in the 4800 block of Floresta Court.
Property was vandalized between Sept. 25 and 28 in the 300 block of Erbes Road.
A home was burglarized between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Oct. 1 in the 3100 block of Radcliffe Road. Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Property was vandalized on Aug. 12 in the 1200 block of Hendrix Avenue.
Property was stolen between 5:30 and 6:55 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 700 block of Moorpark Road.
For allegedly vandalizing his daughter’s vehicle—causing more than $400 in damage—a male, 57, was arrested Sept. 30 at East County Sheriff’s Station.
Vehicle break-ins occurred between 9:30 and 11:10 a.m. Sept. 30 at Wildflower Playfields and between 4:45 and 6:15 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 1200 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores.
A vehicle was vandalized on Sept. 25 or 26 in the 2800 block of Velarde Drive. The damage was $265.
Tires on two vehicles were slashed Sept. 25 or 26 in the 100 block of Pebble Beach Drive.
Hubcaps and tires were stolen from a vehicle on Sept. 23 or 24 in the 400 block of E. Wilbur Road.
A male, 20, was cited for allegedly living in his vehicle at 10:40 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 300 block of W. Avenida de Las Flores.
At the scene of a loud party, a male, 21, needed to be physically subdued after allegedly obstructing justice around midnight a.m. Sept. 27 in the 1200 block of Hendrix Avenue.
A male, 20, was cited for allegedly possessing alcohol as a minor at 11:50 p.m. Sept. 26 in the 1200 block of Hendrix Avenue.
A male, 24, was cited for allegedly drinking in public at 6:55 p.m. at Royal Oaks Drive and Hampshire Road.

A male, 48, was arrested on charges of grand theft, burglary (a form of elder abuse) and identity theft at 11:24 a.m. Sept. 28 at Westcreek Lane and Lindero Canyon Road.
For allegedly violating a domestic violence restraining order, a female, 49, was cited at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 21 in the 1200 block of Landsburn Circle.
Three vehicles were vandalized between Sept. 25 and 28 in the 3700 block of Auto Mall Drive.
Property was stolen from the Growing Place Preschool and Kindergarten on Westlake Boulevard on Sept. 22 or 23.
A petty theft occurred Sept. 23 in the 900 block of W. Potrero Road.
A vehicle break-in occurred around 1:15 p.m. Sept. 26 in the 4700 block of Valley Spring Drive. A similar crime occurred between Sept. 18 and 20 in the 2300 block of Stormcroft Court.
Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 4:45 and 5:45 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 100 block of Promenade Way. A similar crime occurred on Sept. 15 or 16 in the 2100 block of Glastonbury Road.
A business was burglarized between Sept. 25 and 28 in the 2500 block of Townsgate Road.
