Home Instead Senior Care, serving Ventura County and the Alzheimer’s Association in Ventura County, will sponsor the annual Memory Walk from 9 a.m. to noon Sat., Oct. 17 at Conejo Creek Park North, behind the library, 1379 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

Proceeds from the event will support the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association  to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through advancement of research, to provide and enhance care and support for all affected and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
