Professional speaker and author Phil Boyte will present “The Power of a Dream” at 7 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 15. Boyte discusses how students and parents can create a dream for their future in the midst of life’s distractions that can cause them to lose sight of what their dreams are or use to be.

Officer James DeSoto will educate students and parents about energy drinks and video game safety at 7 p.m. Wed., Nov. 18.

Camfeld Productions presents “Trust Me!?” a 40-minute multimedia experience at 7 p.m. Tues., Dec. 1.

The program will encourage children to be honest with themselves, responsible for their own actions, straightforward and honest with those around them in a positive, respectful manner, and become the person they were meant to be.

Parents and all school-age children are welcome.

“Teen Truth Live” will be at 7 p.m. Wed., Jan. 13.

“Teen Truth” was created to give students a voice, motivate them to think, accept diversity and empower them to make a difference.

“Teen Truth Live: Bully and Drugs and Alcohol” is an interactive, multimedia presentation that teaches communication skills that can reduce emotional and physical violence among peers.

Parents and all school-age children are welcome.
