Kiwanis Club has a new president


A CHANGE AT  THE HELM—Outgoing  Kiwanis  Club  of  Thousand  Oaks  president  David Biedebach, left, has handed the gavel to incoming president Doug Ryan. The installation of Ryan and a new board of directors took place at Westlake Yacht Club during a brunch last Sunday. The service club meets at 7 a.m. every Wednesday for breakfast at the Plug Nickel restaurant in Westlake. Prospective members are especially welcome to the Oct. 21 meeting.
