Jiwoon Chang of Thousand Oaks was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2009 semester at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Students selected for this honor must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale with a minimum of 14 credit hours.

Chang is the son of Okran and Yong Woo Chang and attended Westlake High School. He is majoring in molecular and cellular biology.
