A robbery took place between 12:30 and 1 p.m. Sept. 14 along Galway Lane.

A vehicle was stolen between 8:40 and 9:05 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 100 block of N. Reino Road.

A male, 23, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at 8:47 p.m. Sept. 19 at Hillcrest Drive and Citation Way.

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 44, at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road; and a male, 24, at 6:47 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 400 block of S. Reino Road (subject allegedly possessed two syringes, including one filled with heroin).

A male, 18, was arrested and charged with shoplifting from Albertsons on S. Reino Road at 8:55 p.m. Sept. 19.

For allegedly disobeying a court order, a male, 39, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 600 block of N. Wendy Drive.

Graffiti ($500 in damage) was discovered in an alley behind the 400 block of Avenida de La Plata on Sept. 21.

Gang graffiti ($700 in damage) was applied to the Rancho Conejo Playfield on N. Ventu Park Road between Sept. 18 and 21.

A burglary was attempted at Target on Teller Road on Sept. 16 or 17.

Property was vandalized on Sept. 18 in the 600 block of Blue Oak Avenue.

A female, 40, was cited for allegedly drinking alcohol in public and providing false information to a police officer at 11:20 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A vehicle break-in occurred on Sept. 22 in the first block of Amgen Center Drive.

Thousand Oaks

An armed robbery occurred between 1:18 and 1:25 a.m. Sept. 19 in the 700 block of St. Charles Drive.

A male, 44, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 1:45 p.m. Sept. 22 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Maegan Place. The subject also allegedly possessed a substance believed to be methamphetamine, a glass pipe, 50 Vicodin pills and five Oxycodone pills. A male, 28, was also arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs at 5 p.m. Sept. 23 at Lynn and Gainsborough roads.

A male, 27, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 4:30 a.m. Sept. 20 at Erbes Road and Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 43, was arrested for allegedly choking and injuring someone at 2:36 a.m. Sept. 19 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For allegedly being involved in a domestic battery with his spouse, a male, 42, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Sept. 23 in the 100 block of N. Skyline Drive.

A male, 58, was cited for battery at 7:20 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 1100 block of Brookview Avenue.

For allegedly battering and annoying a minor, a male, 33, was cited at 1:20 p.m. Aug. 18 in the 900 block of Broadbeck Drive.

A female, 33, was cited for alleged battery at 5:36 p.m. Sept. 20 in the first block of W. Olsen Road.

For allegedly battering and injuring someone, a male, 41, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 1900 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A male, 45, allegedly battered and injured someone and then broke that person’s cellphone around 4:40 p.m. Sept. 20 in the first block of W. Olsen Road.

A male, 25, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance at 10:40 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 700 block of Bluebonnet Court.

Charged with purchasing a vehicle by putting false information on the application and passing bogus checks, a male, 61, was arrested at Sept. 18 in Ventura for crimes committed in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 30, was arrested and charged with grand theft and intimidating a witness to not report a crime at 11:50 a.m. Sept. 22 in the 1300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 19, was arrested and charged with possessing a dagger and running away from a police officer in uniform at 5 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 3200 block of Lanier Place.

A male, 36, was arrested on suspicion of committing battery and vandalism Sept. 22 at East County Sheriff’s Station. The crimes occurred Aug. 12 in the 1400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A female, 24, was arrested and charged with lying to police about her identity at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 20 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 34, was arrested and charged with being involved in a hitand-run traffic collision and then obstructing justice when police caught up with him at 7:44 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 200 block of Windtree Avenue.

A male, 22, was cited for alleged shoplifting at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Between 4:10 and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Conejo Creek dog park; between 10:45 and 11:15 a.m. Sept. 22 at the Conejo Creek dog park; on Sept. 22 or 23 in the first block of W. McAfee Court; between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Sept. 23 in the 2600 block of Calle Bienvenido (unlocked); between May 28 and July 7 in the 2400 block of Rutland Place (unlocked, crime recently reported); between 4:40 and 4:53 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 100 block of E. Wilbur Road (unlocked); and between 3:45 and 5:35 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard; and between Sept. 17 and 20 in the 3600 block of Auto Mall Drive.

Grand theft occurred between May 1 and Sept. 1 in the 200 block of Brazil Street.

A vandal defaced three interior walls, the inside of a door and one outside a restroom wall on Sept. 21 at Estella Park. The damage is $100.

Gang graffiti caused property damage on Sept. 19 or 20 at Mann Theatres in the Janss Marketplace.

Gang graffiti was applied to a wall between Oakbrook Mall and the 23 Freeway sound wall between Sept. 18 and 22.

Property valued at $2,380 was stolen from three locked storage containers on Sept. 17 or 18 in the 1300 block of E. Janss Road.

A trespasser entered a home on Sept. 19 in the 700 block of W. San Martin Place.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public: A male, 48, at 2:10 p.m. Sept. 23 in the 1400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; a male, 32, at 2:43 a.m. Sept. 21 at Borderline Bar and Grill at 99 Rolling Oaks Drive; a male, 55, at 12:35 a.m. Sept. 22 in the 100 block of Erbes Road; a male, 59, at 7:30 a.m. Sept. 18 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road; and a female, 40, at 11:36 p.m. Sept. 18 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Rancho Road.

For allegedly drinking alcohol in public, the following subjects were cited: A male, 49, at 3:55 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 300 block of Erbes Road; and a male, 30, at 3:45 p.m. Sept. 16 at Estella Park (subject reportedly lied to police about his identity and was arrested).

A male, 22, was cited for allegedly disturbing the peace with a loud party at 1:45 a.m. Sept. 20 in the 700 block of Camino Las Conchas.

Westlake/T.O.

A felon attempted to withdraw $5,000 or $50,000 from someone’s bank account on Sept. 21 in the 3900 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Grand theft occurred between 2 and 2:20 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 100 block of Promenade Way.

A female, 50, was cited for alleged trespassing at 11 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 5500 block of Eagle Point Place.

A business office was burglarized between 12:45 and 2 p.m. Sept. 17 in the 2500 block of Townsgate Road.

About $120 was stolen from a newspaper vending machine between Sept. 14 and 21 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road.
