Conejo Free Clinic will sponsor its 22nd annual golf tournament fundraiser on Mon., Oct. 12 at Moorpark Country Club, 11800 Championship Drive, Moorpark.

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. Putting and chipping contests and unlimited use of driving range will be available until teeoff. The tournament will be a four-person Texas scramble with a shotgun start at noon and separate divisions with prizes for men and women. 

Each player will receive a golf accessory with tournament logo from the Golfers Buddy, goody bag of gifts, barbecue lunch, drinks on the course and a buffet awards dinner.

The entry fee is $800 for a foursome and $200 for individual players. It includes green fees, cart, lunch, dinner and events.

There will be two hole-in-one opportunities to win a 2009 Hyundai automobile and a 50inch LG plasma TV.

The awards dinner will feature live and silent auctions. Live auction items will include Lakers tickets and weeklong vacations at Hiltonhead and Hawaii.
