August sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 135.

This compares to 145 sold in July and 150 a year ago, according to Connie Reed, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

Median sales price for singlefamily homes in August was $660,416; in 2008, it was $682,539. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less.

The total sales for all real estate transactions in August were $123.2 million

For August the previous year, the total was $145 million.
