A free electronic waste recycling event will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., Sept. 19 at La Reina High School, 106 W. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

Items accepted include computers, monitors, laptops, TVs, printers, cellphones, fax machines, VCRs, DVD players, stereos, cameras and scanners.

Proceeds will benefit the school. The event is managed by egreen recycle.
