Rotary Club of Conejo Valley will meet for breakfast at 7 a.m. Tues., Sept. 29 at the Plug Nickel restaurant, 717 Lakefield Road, Ste. I, Westlake Village.

Don Waisanen will discuss “How to Launch a Campaign in the Digital Age: Lessons from Facebook.” The program is for nonprofits seeking to increase membership.

Waisanen is a doctoral candidate and Walter Fisher Scholar at the USC Annenberg School for Communication.

He has worked in radio and television, political campaign coordination, and has taught speech and debate.
