Saving water is everyone’s job
I was shocked to read in a recent edition that water is going to cost more! But anyway, we do have a water shortage. However, I still am pretty surprised. Let me tell you what I think of this. Now that prices will be going up, here are some ideas for saving water:
First, we should only spend five minutes in the shower. In addition, we should also turn off the tap when we aren’t using it. Thirdly, if you fill up a glass of water, you must drink it all so it won’t go to waste. There are many more things to do, but they take forever to list.
From now on, I will try my best to conserve water. I hope you will, too. Although our population continues to grow, Earth’s water supply doesn’t.
Water is a precious thing. It must be spent wisely. I am often told that money doesn’t grow on trees, and water does not either.
