I was appalled to read that Jeanne Armstrong took her “well-loved pet” of 13 years to the animal shelter for euthanasia.

Granted, the animal was in poor health and she stated that her veterinarian doesn’t perform euthanasia.

Why didn’t she check with other veterinarians or animal clinics instead of dumping her poor dog at the shelter?

Animal shelters are supported by public funds.

It sounds like she took the cheap way out.
