Learn how to help kids foster self-esteem
Fostering development and building self-esteem. Sparking a child’s imagination with loving attention and safety, while guiding their first steps toward a lifelong love of learning. This is what the Tutor Time Child Care/Learning Centers at 5108 Clareton Drive in Agoura Hills is all about.
The center will host a backtoschool night celebration from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 1. During the free, family friendly event, parents can tour the school, meet the teachers and have the opportunity to win prizes. The community is welcome.
Tutor Time is a leader in early education and care for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years. The cornerstone of the program is the propriety LifeSmart curriculum, designed help the child grow cognitively, socially, physically and emotionally. Tutor Time also believes that children learn best when they are actively involved in constructing their own knowledge, so the classrooms include learning centers full of ways for children to explore, investigate and build problem-solving skills.
Teachers supplement these experiences with group activities that focus on a variety of curricular themes. Tutor Time gives children the tools they need to grow and develop into the leaders of tomorrow.
All Tutor Time centers are equipped with the Safe N Sound security system that allows staff instant access to a child’s medical information, arrival and departure times and the names of people authorized for drop-off and pickup. All classrooms are equipped with observation windows and security cameras. The exclusive electronicaccess system allows only authorized personnel admittance.
Tutor Time is accepting new children into fulltime and parttime programs. For more information, call (818) 865-0049 or visit www.tutortime.com.
