I’m feeling sad that the school district told us it didn’t have the money to keep our teachers in open classrooms at Conejo Elementary School, and I just found out that the district found the money and hired our teachers but put them into another school.

Our teachers in open classrooms at Conejo are our family and don’t deserve to be treated like furniture to be moved around.

All in all, I thought adults were supposed to be role models, and I’m discouraged. Ayana Baker Thousand Oaks
