The Elite Theatre Company in Oxnard will host its 2010 One-Act Festival Jan. 8 through Feb. 7. The event is a fundraiser for the theater.

The festival is seeking submissions of one-act plays from 10 to 20 minutes in length with minimal sets, light, sound and props. Four or five plays will be selected for production.

Submission deadline is Nov. 30.

Directors and actors interested in participating in the festival should submit a resume and headshot.
