T.O. man is promoted


TAKES HIGH POST– Bill Hutton of Thousand Oaks has been elected National Junior Vice Commander of the Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH). Hutton, a former Marine who served in Vietnam with the Corps from 1965-69, was wounded three times. He also served in the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for more than 35 years. He’s been a member of MOPH since 1997 and has held every leadership position, now including National Junior Vice Commander.
