This compares to 115 sold in June and 131 a year ago, according to Connie Reed, president of the Conejo Valley Association of RealtorsMedian sales price for single-family homes in July was $706,817; in July 2008it was $681,249. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less.

Total sales for all real estate transactions in July were $136.6 million. For July in the previous year, the total was $143.3 million.
