Air Force Airman Kenneth D. Park graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Park is the son of Douglas Park and Donna Lee Apalategui, both of Thousand Oaks. Park is a 2007 graduate of Westlake High School.
