June sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 115.

This compares to 114 sold in May and 112 a year ago, according to Connie Reed, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

The median sales price for single-family homes in June was $685,267 and in June 2008, it was $712,499. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less.

Total sales for all real estate transactions in June were $113.8 million. For June one year ago, the total was $111.9 million.
