T.O. man, 46, witnessed bank robbery


UNINJURED–Fionnbarr Kelly sits outside at the Golden Spoon Yogurt Shop as he recounts the bank robbery he witnessed on Wed., July 29 at the Bank of America on Avenida de Los Arboles in Thousand Oaks. His daughter, 10, was waiting in her father’s car while he was making a deposit when the armed robbery began. She quickly exited the car and ran to the yogurt store to report what she’d heard and seen.
