      Property owner and manager NewMark Merrill Companies announced several new tenant leases at the Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks. Subway Sandwich Shop opened this month; Lucky's Dog House will open during the fourth quarter, and Toys R Us signed a fiveyear lease extension, the company said.
