An appearance by state Sen.Tony Strickland at a luncheon meeting of the Agoura/Oak Park/Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce has been rescheduled to 11:30 a.m. Thurs., July 30.

It was postponed because the state Legislature earlier this week finally passed a budget.

Strickland will discuss the state's budget issues.

The event is at Cisco's Mexican Restaurant, 925 Westlake Blvd. in Westlake Village.
