A female, 18, was arrested on charges of being drunk in public, and possessing alcohol and marijuana at 9:40 p.m. July 2 at Walnut Elementary School.

A female, 40, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and being involved in a hit-and-run accident at 6:45 p.m. July 5 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road. Police allege that the subject intentionally hit the other vehicle, so she was also charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

For allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and being involved in a car accident, a male, 22, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on July 5 on Via Inez.

A female, 49, allegedly battered and injured her husband and was arrested at 7 p.m. July 5 in the 100 block of North Reino Road.

For allegedly inflicting corporal injury to his spouse, a male, 49, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. July 1 in the 1100 block of Pan Court.

A female, 61, was arrested for allegedly battering her spouse at 2:30 p.m. July 1 in the 3500 block of Old Conejo Road.

Grand theft occurred at Amgen between Jan. 1, 2005 and June 25.

Vandals lit firecrackers on a metal table, causing $350 in damages, at Maple Elementary School between July 2 and 6.

About $1,000 was stolen from a nightstand drawer between 11:30 a.m. and noon on July 6 in the 1600 block of Calle Zafiro.

Graffiti was placed sometime on June 18 in the 2300 block of Michael Drive.

About $900 in property was stolen on July 3 or 4 in the 700 block of North Wendy Drive.

A $700 window was broken on July 7 or 8 in the 100 block of North Reino Road.

A vandal threw a large boulder onto the hood of a vehicle, causing more than $400 in damages, during the early morning of June 20 in the 800 block of Danvers Circle.

Property valued at $100 was stolen between June 28 and July 4 in the first block of South Wendy Drive.

A male, 19, was sleeping on the sidewalk in front of a business, with an open bottle of alcohol in his hand. The subject was cited for drinking in public and possessing alcohol as a minor at 8:40 p.m. July 3 in the first block of North Reino Road. He was released to his parents.

For possessing a small amount of marijuana, a male, 21, was cited at 12:20 a.m. July 6 at Wendy Drive and Camino Dos Rios.

Thousand Oaks

A male, 27, was arrested for four counts of participating in an act of oral copulation with someone under the age of 14, two counts of oral copulation with someone under the age of 16, and four counts of having sexual intercourse with someone under the age of 16 at 4:45 p.m. July 8 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.

A male, 27, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:45 a.m. July 7 at Pennsfield Place and Brazil Street. The subject, who was driving without lights on at night and on the wrong side of the road, nearly collided into a patrol car.

Two males, 21 and 49, were arrested for selling or transporting controlled substances at 7:30 p.m. June 30 in the 1900 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 24, at 2:45 a.m. July 7 at the southbound 101 Freeway and Westlake Boulevard; a male, 23, at 2:45 a.m. July 2 at Westlake Boulevard and Townsgate Road; a male, 34, at 1:45 a.m. July 5 in the first block of E. Wilbur Road; a male, 26, at 3:30 a.m. July 5 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road (subject was involved in a non-injury traffic collision); and a male, 28, at 6:40 p.m. July 5 in the 1800 block of Avenida de Las Flores (subject was involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident).

On suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: A male, 52, at 9:15 p.m. July 3 in the 1400 block of Kirk Avenue; a male, 42, at 8:50 p.m. July 3 in the 1400 block of Kirk Avenue; a male, 43, at 8:53 p.m. July 3 in the 1400 block of Kirk Avenue; and a female, 18, at 12:30 p.m. July 1 in the 2800 block of Cedar Wood Place.

A male, 33, was arrested for allegedly battering and injuring his girlfriend at 1:40 p.m. July 1 in the 500 block of Laurie Lane.

For allegedly battering and injuring his live-in girlfriend, a male, 50, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. July 5 at East County Sheriff's Station. The incident allegedly occurred, however, in Camarillo.

A male, 26, was arrested for allegedly pulling someone off a bed by the ankles, then tackling that person to the floor, at 6:05 p.m. July 3 in the 500 block of Serento Circle.

For allegedly battering her spouse, a female, 25, was cited at 6:10 p.m. July 3 in the 500 block of Sereno Circle.

A female, 24, was arrested for violating a restraining order at 1:15 p.m. July 7 in the 1100 block of Hendrix Avenue.

For allegedly committing a petty theft in the 1500 block of North Moorpark Road on June 11, a male, 21, was cited in Chatsworth July 1.

A male, 34, was arrested on an allegation of elder abuse at 9 p.m. July 4 in the 1300 block of Sheffield Place.

For selling items without a business license, a male, 56, was cited at 6:25 p.m. July 2 in the 200 block of Calle Jazmin.

A male, 29, was arrested for allegedly attempting to rob a bank at 1:29 p.m. July 8 in the first block of North Moorpark Road.

A female, 28, was arrested for shoplifting at Macy's at 7:30 p.m. July 1.

For disturbing the peace by using profane language, a female, 42, was cited at 8:45 p.m. July 6 in the 900 block of Calle Nogal.

A female, 24, was allegedly observed scratching the paint from the hood of a car, and she was arrested for felony vandalism at 4:50 p.m. July 1 in the first block of West Avenida de Los Arboles.

A male, 26, was cited for stealing property at 9 p.m. July 7 in the 200 block of West Hillcrest Drive.

For stealing valuables, a male, 21, was cited at 1:35 p.m. July 8 in the 100 block of West Hillcrest Drive.

For allegedly being involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident in the 200 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard on June 23, a male, 59, was cited for the crime on July 3 in Oxnard. A male, 27, was cited for the same crime in The Oaks mall parking lot at 5:45 p.m. July 5.

More than $400 in merchandise was stolen from Rite Aid on North Moorpark Road between June 29 and July 3.

Shoplifting was attempted between 11:15 and 11:35 a.m. July 3 at the Infiniti car dealership on East Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A vandal etched graffiti into a desktop at the Grant Brimhall/T.O. Library on East Janss Road on July 3.

Avenida de Los Arboles (unlocked); on July 3 or 4 in the 300 block of Fox Hills Drive (purse stolen); on July 1 in the 300 block of Windtree Avenue (unlocked); and on June 30 or July 1 in the 1800 block of Red Robin Place (purse stolen from unlocked vehicle).

Auto parts were stolen on July 1 or 2 in the 2400 block of Vista Wood Circle.

A home was burglarized between July 3 and 5 in the 2600 block of Calle Hermosa.

Valuables were stolen from a storage shed between July 1 and 6 in the 2200 block of Hood Drive.

Merchandise was stolen from Ralphs around 7:05 p.m. July 2.

Something was vandalized with graffiti between July 1 and 7 in the 1300 block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

Property was vandalized ($50 damage) on June 30 or July 1 in the 200 block of Via Lara.

Property was damaged ($150 loss) between June 14 and 28 in the 1300 block of E. Janss Road.

A burglar stole something from Horizon Hills School on Greta Street on July 6 or 7.

Shoplifting was attempted at Vons on East Avenida de Los Arboles between 6:28 and 6:40 p.m. July 4.

A shoplifter stole $268 in merchandise from Macy's in the late afternoon recently.

Property was vandalized and caused a loss of $100 near the Parmenter Estates neighborhood on July 1 or 2.

Someone entered a home without permission between 7:30 and 8 p.m. June 29 in the 2200 block of East Olsen Road.

A male, 18, was cited for possessing less than one ounce of marijuana at 7 p.m. July 1 in the 600 block of North Conejo School Road.

A male, 20, was arrested for being drunk in public at 12:01 a.m. July 5 in the 2100 block of Hathaway Street.

For disturbing the peace with loud noise from a stereo, a male, 37, was cited at 11 p.m. July 5 in the 2800 block of Los Feliz Drive.

The following subjects were cited for drinking alcohol in public: A male, 56, at 8:40 a.m. July 7 in the 1400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and three males, between the ages of 31 and 41, around 4:45 p.m. June 27 at Estella Park.

A home was burglarized on July 7 in the 3000 block of East Adirondack Court.

A vehicle break-in occurred between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. July 2 in the 1000 block of South Westlake Boulevard.

Two 30-pack cases of Budweiser beer were stolen from Vons on Agoura Road between 9:10 and 9:20 p.m. on June 27.
