St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church's Helping Hands Ministry will host an indoor parking lot extravaganza from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sat., July 25 and from 8 a.m. to noon Sun., July 26 at the church, 2475 Borchard Road, Newbury Park.
