Diane's Beachwear at The Commons in Calabasas will host an event to help women keep their bodies looking bikini-ready on Sat., Aug. 1 at the store's new location at 4719 Commons Way, Ste. A.

"The Bikini Chef" Susan Irby from KTLK-AM 1150 will be serving low-cal dishes and sharing tips on keeping slim from 1 to 3 p.m.

Diane's fit expert Melanie Michaud will be booking custom fittings for the day of this event. Michaud was recently featured on CNN and Greer OC and specializes in selecting swimwear styles that best compliment a women's figure and choosing custom color palettes.

Prior to the fitting, Michaud will do a free 30minute consultation to provide customers with suits that are designed for their lifestyle, shape and coloring.

There is no minimum purchase required and fittings will only be done on the day of the event.

Also at the event, Equinox's advisor Sunny McCoy will be present to offer fitness tips and special deals on gym memberships.

More than $300 worth of giveaways will be raffled off, including a private cooking session with Irby and a 30-day gym membership at Equinox.

Customers will save 15 percent on all purchases made at Diane's that day.
