The Arts Council of Conejo Valley will present an exhibition of awardwinning art from today, July 9, through Tues., Sept. 29 at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts, 403 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

An artists' reception will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Sat., July 11 at the center.

The public is invited, and there's no charge.

The invitational show will feature artists who are prize winners of member art organizations of the arts council.

Participating in this show are selected artists from the Thousand Oaks Art Association, Thousand Oaks Plein Air Watercolorists, Studio 316, the People Sketchers, the Chinese Brush Painting Society of Thousand Oaks and the Westlake Village Art Guild.

Janet Amiri and Connie Tunick are co-curators of the show.

The show can be viewed daily at the center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
