The Troop Real Estate Thousand Oaks office is relocating to 137 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. near Moorpark Road and the 101 Freeway, said Kathy Courter, manager of Troop's Thousand Oaks office.

The new office occupies 6,100 square feet directly above the Outback restaurant.

In addition to high-visibility, the new location provides space for 65 agents along with large conference rooms that are also used for agent training, Courter said.

Troop Real Estate was founded in 1987 and has 13 offices throughout the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas.
