Newbury Park
On suspicion of driving under the influence at 2 a.m. June 25, a male, 20, was arrested at Reino Road and Lesser Drive.
On suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, a male, 21, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. June 20 in the 2000 block of Newbury Road (suspect was also allegedly in possession of an opium pipe).
A female, 18, was arrested and charged with allowing a 14-year-old to drive the suspect's vehicle while the minor was intoxicated at 1:09 a.m. June 24 in the 5100 block of Via Alamitos. The adult was cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor; the minor was cited for possession of alcohol in a vehicle.
A 52-year-old woman discovered a prowler or burglar in her home at 5:20 p.m. June 23 in the 2100 block of Maple Leaf Avenue. The prowler (no description provided) fled the scene.
A robbery occurred at 1:20 p.m. June 20 in the 2100 block of Newbury Road.
Someone stole items from Albertsons in the 500 block of S. Reino Road then reentered the store between June 16 and 25 and exchanged the merchandise for cash, after showing a photocopied receipt. The same person is believed to have pulled the same scam at the same store and in others elsewhere.
A residential burglary took place between 3 and 4 p.m. June 23 in the first block of Cindy Avenue. There were no signs of forced entry.
Items were stolen from a garage on June 25 or 26 in the 500 block of Martinique Place.
An unsecured bicycle was stolen between June 21 and 23 in the 600 block of Cypress Street.
A shoplifter was caught on June 23 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.
The loss was less than $400 after a petty theft in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive between 11 p.m. June 20 and 8 a.m. June 21.
Burglaries of vehicles were reported in the following: On June 26 or 27 in the first block of Herringbone Court (loss exceeded $400); and the night of June 28 in the 1600 block of Fox Springs Circle (vehicle was unlocked).
A trail map was stolen after the glass of a display frame was smashed in the 1000 block of S. Ventu Park Road on June 23 or 24. Conejo Recreation and Park District was the victim.
Property was vandalized in the 200 block of Dickenson Avenue the early morning of June 30.
A female, 18, was cited for illegal possession of alcohol at 9:33 p.m. June 27 at a swimming pool at Allessandro and Ramona drives.
During a probation search at 2 p.m. June 25, a male, 18, was reported to be in possession of stolen property.
Graffiti vandalism occurred on the southeast corner of Rancho Dos Vientos and Via Espinosa on June 27 or 28. The same kind of incident occurred on June 26 or 27 on the corners of Hillcrest Drive and Avenida de La Plata and Avenida de Platino (city of T.O. was the victim). Graffiti was also applied to block walls between June 26 and 29 in the 600 block of Del Platino ($500 damage). A vehicle was vandalized with a permanent marker ($100 damage) the night of June 26 in the 1200 block of Ramona Drive.
At 9:58 a.m. June 25 at Astera Court and Woodland Oak Place, a male, 29, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
A male, 42, was found at 2 a.m. June 27 in a strip mall in the 2100 block of Newbury Road allegedly unable to care for himself because he was intoxicated. He was taken into custody.
For allegedly creating a disturbance at a bar in the 1200 block of Newbury Road, a female, 51, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness at 8:10 p.m. June 26. A female, 40, was similarly charged at 3:20 p.m. June 29 at the same tavern.
Thousand Oaks
On suspicion of driving while under the influence, the following subjects were arrested at the time, date and places shown: A male, 45, at 8:45 p.m. June 27 in the 600 block of Glen Oaks Road; and a female, 20, at 7:35 p.m. June 27 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Calle Olivo (involving a traffic collision with a parked truck).
On suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, the following subjects were arrested at the time, dates and places indicated: A male, 33, at 6:30 p.m. June 20 in the first block of Marimar Street (suspect was allegedly in possession of hypodermic needles and had signs of recent drug use); a male, 40, at 1:20 p.m. June 23 in the 2000 block of Calle Salto; a female, 25, at 2:59 a.m. June 22 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road; a male, 37, at 4:40 p.m. June 28 at Janss Road and the 23 Freeway; a female, 42, at 5:13 p.m. June 25 in the 100 block of Janss Road; a male, 41, at 2:15 p.m. June 25 in the 100 block of W. Janss Road; a female, 32, at 4:40 p.m. June 28 at Janss Road and the 23 Freeway; a male, 24, at 12:43 p.m. June 30 on Conejo School Road north of Los Feliz Drive; and a male, 41, (also cited for resisting arrest) at 2:38 a.m. June 22 in the 4600 block of Tam O'shanter Place.
On an allegation of battery, a male, 33 was arrested at 10:10 p.m. June 30 in the 900 block of Westcreek Lane. At the same time and location, a female, 41, was cited for alleged felony vandalism and battery.
A male allegedly illegally took a vehicle, trespassed and was nude in public in the 500 block of S. Ventu Park Road. He was arrested at Conejo School Road and Ranch View at 3:25 a.m. June 30.
A male, 18, was allegedly in possession of two pills for which he had no prescription. He was cited and released at 8:15 p.m. June 30 in the 600 block of Camino Manzanas.
A male, 22, was allegedly in possession of dangerous weapons (which he can't have because it violates his probation). He was arrested at 11:30 a.m. June 30 in the 500 block of Brossard Drive.
A truck was stolen around 10:30 a.m. June 24 in the 4100 block of Oak Place Drive. It was abandoned a short time later not far from there, but numerous gardening tools were missing. The loss was more than $400.
A person known by three victims illegally entered a home in the 500 block of S. Ventu Park Road and then attempted to steal a vehicle at 3 a.m. June 30.
For allegedly inflicting corporal injury on his spouse or a coinhabitant, a male, 55, was arrested at 8:33 a.m. June 29 in the 1400 block of Windy Mountain Avenue.
A dwelling in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks Drive was burglarized between 8:30 and 8:55 a.m. June 22. There were no signs of forced entry.
Jewelry valued at more than $400 was stolen from Macy's in the early afternoon of June 24.
A shoplifter stole merchandise from a retailer in the 310 block of W. Hillcrest Drive the afternoon of June 26. Somebody was arrested after a similar incident earlier the same day in the 200 block. Also in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest, clothing valued at more than $400 was stolen from a store on June 27.
A burglar broke into a home in the 1100 block of Waverly Heights Drive between 11:50 a.m. and 12:05 p.m. June 27.
Items were stolen from a bedroom in the 2700 block of Keats Avenue between June 23 and 27.
A business in the first block of Rolling Oaks Drive was broken into between June 26 and 29.
A gym locker was broken into between 5:10 and 6:15 p.m. June 25 in the 100 block of N. Moorpark Road.
A bicycle was stolen from a garage between June 14 and 21 in the 2000 block of Pine Terrace Drive.
The city of Thousand Oaks was the victim after a graffiti vandalism incident at the 23 Freeway and Avenida de Las Flores the afternoon of June 16. Conejo Recreation and Park District was the victim of $200 in damage after a graffiti incident on June 24 or 25 in the 300 block of Capitan.
In the 1700 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores on June 26 or 27, a vehicle window was smashed ($300 damage).
A vehicle window was smashed ($250 damage) in the 200 block of E. Wilbur Road on June 26 or 27.
The loss was $300 after a vehicle window was broken in the 800 block of Avenida de Las Flores on June 26 or 27.
Somebody shattered a school bus window in the 1900 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores between June 26 and 29.
Vehicle burglaries occurred in the following incidents: Between 11 p.m. June 27 and 10 a.m. June 28 in the 2900 block of E. Sierra Drive; between June 9 and 13 in the 2900 block of Arbella Lane (vehicle unlocked, incident only recently reported); and the night of June 29 involving more than one unlocked car in the 3100 block of Casino Drive.
A male, 41, admitted to a police officer that he had vandalized somebody's property in Moorpark, for which on June 24 in the 1400 block of Dover Avenue he was cited.
A male, 50, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at 11 p.m. June 25 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.
For consuming alcohol in public, four males, 34, 49, 40 and 38 were cited in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue at 8:10 p.m. June 26.

Somebody tried to make a fraudulent financial transaction on June 29 or 30 in the 3000 block of Townsgate Road.
A shoplifter was caught around 12:30 p.m. June 30 in the 3900 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
