      Newbury Park On suspicion of driving under the influence at 2 a.m. June 25, a male, 20, was arrested at Reino Road and Lesser Drive. On suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, a male, 21, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. June 20 in the 2000 block of Newbury Road (suspect was also allegedly in possession of an opium pipe).

Cops warn of RV scam on refurbishing
      The Moorpark Community Services/Crime Prevention Unit is warning vacationers about scammers targeting people at beach campground areas. The scammers seek out trailer and recreational vehicles that are made of fiberglass and have an application of gelcoat.
