LOYAL- - Kevin Staley led an Eagle Scout project involving fellow Scouts, friends and family that completely remodeled the storage room at the Newbury Park High School visual arts department. The hardworking group removed 30 years of clutter and painted walls and installed free-standing shelves. The project was completed in two days and involved 154 volunteer hours. Kevin is a member of Troop No. 754, which is sponsored by Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge No. 2477.
