HELPFUL- Tom Woolley has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest in Scouting. For his project, Tom organized the construction and installation of flower boxes and trellises for Banyan Elementary School. He was sponsored by the Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge No. 2477. Tom, 18, attended Newbury Park High School and is now a student at Moorpark College. The son of Diane and Michael Wooley, Tom was honored during an Eagle Court of Honor on Sun., June 28.
