More scholars

The University of Portland, a Catholic university in Oregon, has announced students on the dean's list for the spring semester.

Jane Wessel of Lake Sherwood and Thousand Oaks residents Dana DiProspero and Kelsey Davis were on the list.

Wessel is a sophomore majoring in nursing.

DiProspero is a senior majoring in secondary education.

Davis is a senior majoring in theology.

Students need at least a 3.5 grade-point average to make the dean's list.
