T.O. Library presents free concerts

The Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library will present musical guests Thursdays from 7 to 8 p.m. in the library's outdoor courtyard at 1401 E. Janss Road.

The free concerts are sponsored by the Friends of the Thousand Oaks Library,
