Conejo Valley 4-H installs officers

Members of the Conejo Valley 4-H Club The Conejo Valley 4-H Club installed its 200910 youth officers in June.

The new club officers are Katherine Trockey, president and vice president of programs; Emmaline Trockey, vice president of ways and means, and communications officer; Kathy Bass, treasurer; Meghan Woodard, secretary; Kyla Vinson, newsletter editor; Raquel Stanton, historian; Victoria Stanton, librarian; Marirose Meyer, community service chair; Molly Turner, sergeant of arms-parliamentarian; Anna Belle Sanders, Casey and Leah Yarnall, Genna Lipman, Jessie and Kayla Hoeflinger, and Cailan Ackerman, sergeants of arms; and Katherine Toole, shoppe clerk.

An educationally based program for youths ages 5 to 19, 4H provides activities involving citizenship, leadership and project development.

The club meets the second Monday of the month from September through June. During the summer the club participates in the Ventura County Fair.
