May sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 114.

This compares to 111 sold in April and 110 a year ago in May, according to Connie Reed, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

The median sales price for single-family homes in May was $683,330; in May a year ago, it was $688,680. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less.

The total for all real estate transactions in May was $101.4 million. For May 2008, the total was $110.6 million.
