Dilbeck Realtors has announced the association of Chris McClintock with their Westlake Village office. Under her title of manager of agent development, her focus will be on helping every agent to achieve their potential.

McClintock has been a full-time Realtor in the Conejo Valley since 1968. Her personal relationship with this community translates into an in-depth acuity that enables her to successfully promote properties in the area. She is able to enhance the value of her listed homes through her in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods in which they are located.

McClintock has been active in the real estate community and has served as president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors in addition to numerous other capacities. At the state level, she has served the California Association of Realtors in many capacities for more than 14 years, including a term as chair of the California Association of Realtors Women's Division, as state president of the Women's Council of Realtors and as a national regional vice president of the Women's Council of Realtors.

With this combination of skills and expertise, McClintock is wellequipped to serve sellers and buyers with knowledge, connections and an understanding of the market.

More than 200 current members of the local Realtor Associations have been trained by McClintock.

While pursuing her career as both Realtor and trainer of Realtors, McClintock has raised a family. Her son, Tom McClintock, has served this community in the state political arena for 27 years and serves as congressman in the U.S. House of Representatives. Her daughter, Ginnie, is president of a public relations firm. Chris McClintock is also a proud grandmother.
